How do I place an order?

What file formats do you accept?
We accept PDF, AI (Adobe
Illustrator), PSD, EPS, and TIFF formats. For best results, please supply print-ready PDFs with 3mm bleed,
crop marks, and fonts embedded or outlined. Our team is happy to guide you through file preparation.
What are your minimum order quantities?
Minimum quantities vary
by product: Digital printing from 50 units, offset printing from 500 units, packaging from 500 units, and
promotional items from 100 units. Contact us for specific requirements on specialty products.
Do you offer design services?
Yes, we offer a full
design and pre-press service. Our in-house designers can create artwork from scratch or adapt your
existing files for print. Design fees are quoted separately based on project scope.
What is your turnaround time?
Standard turnaround is
5–10 business days from artwork approval. Rush options are available for urgent jobs. Delivery timelines
depend on quantity and product type — we'll confirm the exact schedule in your quote.
