Saurabh Printer Pty Ltd (ABN 50 940 571 251), trading as Westman Printing ("we", "us", "our"), is committed to protecting your privacy and handling personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

1. Information we collect

We may collect the following personal information when you interact with us:

• Identity and contact: name, job title, employer, email, phone number, business address.
• Enquiry data: the content of messages you send via our contact form, upload as artwork, or send us by email.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referral source.
• Job data: print specifications, brand assets, artwork and any files you supply to us in the course of an engagement.
• Recipient data: where we run mail or personalised communications on your behalf, we may process personal information about the individuals your communication is addressed to. That data is treated as your data, held under confidentiality, and used only to deliver the engagement you have engaged us for.

2. How we collect it

We collect personal information directly from you (for example when you complete our contact form, email us, call us, or engage us for a project), and indirectly via cookies and analytics tools on our website (see our Cookie Policy).

Where we process recipient data on your behalf, we collect that data from you or from your nominated third parties (for example your CRM export, your database provider or a nominated data enrichment supplier).

3. Why we use it

• To respond to enquiries and provide quotes.
• To deliver the services you have engaged us for, including production, personalisation, mail lodgement and fulfilment.
• To maintain our supplier and client relationships.
• To improve the Site and our service offering.
• To meet our legal, regulatory and contractual obligations.
• To send relevant updates or communications, where you have opted in.

4. Disclosure

We may disclose personal information to:

• Production and delivery partners in our network where required to deliver a job (under confidentiality obligations).
• Service providers who help operate our business (for example website hosting, email delivery, cloud storage and analytics).
• Australia Post and other carriers where required to lodge and distribute mail on your behalf.
• Law enforcement, regulatory authorities or courts where legally required.

We do not sell personal information.

5. Security of personal information

Personal information is stored on secure systems and within access-controlled environments. Westman Printing operates under ISO 27001 for information security management and PCI DSS for payment card data handling. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

No system is impenetrable. We encourage you to use strong passwords and protect your account credentials.

6. Overseas disclosure

Some of our service providers may store or process personal information outside Australia. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information receives a standard of protection equivalent to what applies under the Australian Privacy Principles.

7. Access and correction

You can request access to or correction of the personal information we hold about you by emailing sales@westmanprinting.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable period, typically 30 days.

8. Complaints

If you believe we have breached the Australian Privacy Principles or mishandled your personal information, contact us first and we will investigate and respond. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Significant changes will be highlighted on the Site.
